A teacher play various of roles today. Teachers are the real building block of any nation. They can carve the future in the way they want. It's them on whose hand country future lies. From scientist to terrorist to politician to engineers everyone have a teacher and they have a great impact on them.    Following are some roles that a teacher play: Instructor -  For some students a teacher is an instructor who instructs them in facing any obstacle. Guide -   For some they are like guide who leads them towards their destination. Friend  -  He is someone who will always be their in all your ups and down and is very confident about you. Mentor -  He completely knows you. Your high and some of your lower points. He is the one who will make you strong enough to face any competition. Image Source: Internet Despite the fact that India is growing quickly and numerous activities had been taken for the improvement of the country, still much more have to be done.There are several problems being faced by the schools running in rural India. Some of these problems are stated below: Lack of Infrastructure: Many schools in villages lack proper infrastructure facilities. There are no proper facilities for sitting as sometimes children are even made to sit on the floor due to non-availability of furniture. The school building lacks doors and windows, and so the wind and animals enter unimpeded. Low Income: Teachers in the villages also get very less income in comparison to the teachers that teach in urban schools. As teachers are not satisfied with their income, they generally do not give proper attention to the students. Today, also there are many children who are not able to get education, and the main reason behind this is poverty. Poverty is the condition in which a person do not have enough money for fulfilling his/her basic needs such as food, water, shelter etc. Poverty is caused by illiteracy only.  Our government have made many plans to overcome the problem of  illiteracy among the children. Like under the Right to Education Act, Primary education has been made free and compulsory for all children up-to the age of 14 years, but many children in rural and remote areas still don't have access to it.
